The exhibition Out of the Bag - exercises in escapism was the coming together again of Bradninch Artists who had been dormant, for a while, due to the exhaustion of fulfilling the requirements of an Arts 4 All community arts grant. It was about re-asserting themselves primarily as artists, and to bring on board other artists new to, or connected to, Bradninch. For this project we were fortunate to have been awarded an Arts Council Alias grant.
